We start with a single page of plain English. No decks. No platitudes. The problem, written down.

Sketch
Wireframes in pencil and prose. We write the README before we write the code.

Two-week iterations. Live previews. Performance budgets enforced from day one.

Ship
We hand off documentation, source, and a maintenance plan. Then we get out of the way.
